Re-Engage Pathway

The Re-Engage Pathway is currently under development – for those students who accessing education is a barrier. Students within this pathway have an attendance profile below 40%. Youth Workers will work with students whose attendance is 10% and below to re-engage them in activities that will prepare them for adulthood. The remaining pastoral team (Attendance Officer/Safeguarding Officers) working with young people whose attendance is 10%-40% will be tracked to increase their attendance to the correct provisions. This is a highly bespoke provision centered around each young person. Our drive is for these students to leave us and continue their preparation for adulthood journey bespoke to their interests.
